We proudly operate from regional New South Wales, Australia. Every order is carefully packed by our small team with quality and care.
Processing Times
Ready-to-Ship Items
Ready-to-ship products are generally dispatched within 2–3 business days of your order being placed, unless otherwise stated on our website.
Please note that dispatch times may occasionally be extended. Reasons may include, but are not limited to:
- Our team attending trade shows, fashion events, exhibitions or markets.
- Public holidays.
- High order volumes.
- Unforeseen operational circumstances.
Where possible, any significant delays will be communicated via the website banner located at the top of our homepage.
Made-to-Order & Out-of-Stock Items
If an item is temporarily out of stock or listed as Made to Order, production will commence once your order has been received.
These items generally require an additional 5–10 business days before dispatch.
Preorder Items
Preorder products are items that have not yet entered production or are currently being produced.
Each preorder product will display an estimated dispatch date on its individual product page.
By purchasing a preorder item, you acknowledge that:
- payment is taken at the time of purchase;
- dispatch will occur on or around the advertised dispatch date;
- production schedules may occasionally change due to circumstances outside our control.
Should any significant delays occur, we will contact affected customers as soon as reasonably possible.
Combined Orders
If your order contains both ready-to-ship and preorder or made-to-order items, your order may be shipped together once all items are ready unless separate shipping has been arranged.
Shipping Within Australia
Orders are shipped using Australia Post or another reputable courier selected by Marayn Menswear.
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on your location and order size.
Estimated delivery timeframes after dispatch are:
- NSW: 2–5 business days
- Interstate: 3–8 business days
- Regional and remote locations may require additional time.
These delivery estimates are provided by shipping carriers and are not guaranteed.
International Shipping
International shipping is not currently available.
We look forward to offering international shipping in the future.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking information where available.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping details are accurate before placing your order.
If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply before the parcel can be resent.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or appears to be lost, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible at hello@maraynmenswear.com.au so we can assist with lodging an enquiry with the shipping provider.
Delivery Delays
While we do everything possible to dispatch orders promptly, Marayn Menswear cannot guarantee delivery dates and is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, courier companies, severe weather, industrial action or other events outside our reasonable control.
Returns & Refund Policy

At Marayn Menswear, we take pride in producing quality garments and accessories. This policy explains how returns and refunds are handled while recognising your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds, exchanges or store credit for change-of-mind purchases.
Please refer to our size guides, product descriptions and product photographs carefully before placing your order. If you have any questions before purchasing, we are always happy to assist.
Change of mind includes, but is not limited to:
- ordering the incorrect size;
- deciding you no longer want the item;
- finding the item elsewhere;
- personal preference after purchase.
Australian Consumer Law
If a product has a major fault, is not as described, is significantly different from its description or photographs, is not fit for its intended purpose, or otherwise fails to meet the consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund.
If you believe your item is faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible so we can assess the issue.
Photographs of the item may be requested to assist with the assessment.
Swimwear
For hygiene reasons, swimwear may only be returned where permitted under Australian Consumer Law.
Where a return is accepted, swimwear must:
- be unworn;
- be unwashed;
- have all original tags attached;
- have the hygiene liner intact;
- not have been altered;
- not have come into contact with saltwater, freshwater, chlorinated water or any other body of water.
Made-to-Order & Out-of-Stock Orders
Made-to-order and out-of-stock items are produced specifically to fulfil your order.
Once production has commenced, these orders cannot be cancelled or changed except where required under Australian Consumer Law.
Preorders
Preorders reserve production of a future item.
Preorders may be cancelled before production begins. Once production has commenced, cancellations cannot be accepted except where required under Australian Consumer Law.
Estimated dispatch dates are provided on each preorder product page and may occasionally change due to circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Sale Items
Sale and clearance items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
However, these items remain covered by the Australian Consumer Law.
Product Variations
Due to the handcrafted and artistic nature of many Marayn Menswear products, print placement, artwork alignment, fabric pattern positioning and other minor variations may differ slightly from product photographs.
These variations are a natural part of the production process, make every piece unique and are not considered faults or defects.
Colours may also appear differently depending on your screen or device settings.

Products
We make every effort to accurately display our products, colours and descriptions. Due to differences in screens, photography and lighting, colours may vary slightly from those shown online.
Many Marayn Menswear products feature original artwork and handcrafted elements. Minor variations in print placement, fabric alignment and construction are part of the design process and are not considered defects.
Pricing
All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where required by Australian law.
Prices may change without notice.
Orders
Your order is considered accepted once payment has been successfully processed.
In rare circumstances, we may cancel an order if:

If an order is cancelled, any payment received will be refunded.

Ownership of goods transfers to you once payment has been received.
