By placing an order with Marayn Menswear, you agree to these Terms & Conditions of Sale.

Products

We make every effort to accurately display our products, colours and descriptions. Due to differences in screens, photography and lighting, colours may vary slightly from those shown online.

Many Marayn Menswear products feature original artwork and handcrafted elements. Minor variations in print placement, fabric alignment and construction are part of the design process and are not considered defects.

Pricing

All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where required by Australian law.

Prices may change without notice.

Orders

Your order is considered accepted once payment has been successfully processed.

In rare circumstances, we may cancel an order if:

an item becomes unavailable;
an obvious pricing error has occurred;
fraudulent activity is suspected;
circumstances beyond our reasonable control prevent us from fulfilling the order.

If an order is cancelled, any payment received will be refunded.

Preorders & Made-to-Order Products

Estimated dispatch dates are provided as accurately as possible but are estimates only.

By purchasing these products, you acknowledge that additional production time is required.

Risk & Ownership

Ownership of goods transfers to you once payment has been received.

Risk passes to you once the parcel has been delivered to the shipping address provided.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms excludes, limits or modifies any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
